Payment
Advance Payment/Direct Bank Transfer
The goods will be shipped once the payment has been received. Please transfer the outstanding amount to the account provided in the order confirmation within 5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made upon receipt of the package. Additional cost for COD is €10 (only available in Austria and Germany).
Paylado
Paylado is the first cash-to-e-money wallet. You can deposit cash directly into your Paylado account at one of the 33,000 partner stores.
EPS/GIROPAY
Due to changes in Germany, we are currently unable to offer this payment method. We are working hard on an alternative and apologize for the inconvenience!
Credit Card
Pay with your VISA or Mastercard. More credit card providers are being worked on.
Cryptocurrencies
After a long wait, we are now able to offer payment with the most popular cryptocurrencies. We are working with the well-known provider CoinPayments.
Instant Transfer and PayPal
Due to strict cashless payment regulations regarding CBD products, we are currently unable to offer these payment options. We are working hard to make payments even easier for you in the future and ask for your understanding.

- Standard shipping: 2-4 working days
- Orders up to €120: €10.00

International Shipping
- Shipping time: 2-5 working days
- Orders up to €500: €20.00
Delivery Times
- Austria: Delivery times are specified in the product descriptions.
- Germany/International: Delivery within 2-4 days after the order (or payment for prepayment). No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Most credit cards have a 3D-Secure security standard that needs to be activated in order to make a purchase.
If you’re unsure whether this is activated for your credit card or not, please contact your bank directly, and they will assist you further.
If you are unable to transfer from, for example, a German account to an Austrian account, please contact your bank.
If you wish to cancel your order or change the payment method afterward (this is only possible as long as no payment has been made), please contact us here.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer PayPal as a payment method. However, you are welcome to use one of our other payment options, such as advance payment, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency.
3D Secure is an additional security protocol for online payments with credit or debit cards. It stands for “Three-Domain Secure” and was designed to increase the security of internet transactions. During a purchase, the cardholder is redirected to their bank’s page, where they must complete an additional authentication step, usually by entering a code sent via SMS or by confirming through a banking app. This ensures that the payment is truly authorized by the cardholder.
